    You put the QR code on your counter

    We give you a printed poster with your QR code. Your customer scans it with their phone camera.

  2. 02

    Your customer saves their card

    They type their name and birthday and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Wallet”. The page knows whether they have an iPhone or an Android.

  3. 03

    You give a stamp on every visit

    Your staff scan the card with their own phone and tap “Give stamp”. Your customer's card updates by itself and they get a notification.

  4. 04

    They win their reward

    With the last stamp they see “Congratulations! You won your reward”. They redeem it at your counter.

A gift on their birthday

Your customer gave us their birthday when they signed up. On that day, their card shows a gift from you and they get a notification. You don't have to remember.

  • You choose the gift and how many days they have to use it.
  • The notification reaches their phone, no WhatsApp needed.
  • Your staff hand it over from the same card.

What you see

Every month you see how your card is doing in a simple summary. And you decide how it works in your business.

  • You choose how many stamps it takes and what the reward is.
  • Your staff give stamps from their own phone. If the customer doesn't have theirs at hand, they look them up by name or phone number.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On iPhone it's saved in Apple Wallet, and on Android in Google Wallet. The sign-up page detects your customer's phone and shows them the right button.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet already come on their phone. They just scan the QR code on your counter and save their card.

Do I need WhatsApp to notify them?

No. Notifications go straight to the card, without going through WhatsApp.

What information do I ask my customer for?

Just their name and birthday (day and month). Phone number is optional. Before saving their card, they accept the privacy notice.

What do my staff need to give stamps?

Their own phone. They scan the QR code on the customer's card and tap “Give stamp”. No extra device to buy.

How much does it cost?

The loyalty card, from $400 MXN a month. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what it would be for your business. All prices include VAT (IVA).
